Terms you agree to when you apply.

You must be 18 or older, have an SHBT customer account, and give us the correct contact and social profile details. Applying does not mean you will be approved.

SHBT checks every application. We may approve, decline, pause, or close a creator account based on the profile, content, behaviour, misuse, stock, or business needs. If approved, we set your level and earning rate. We may also give you a shopper coupon for a campaign.

You earn when someone buys through your personal link or uses your active code. Your link does not give the shopper a discount. If a shopper coupon is active, the shopper must enter it at checkout to save. If they use another creator's code, that creator gets the sale.

Your commission and the shopper's discount are separate. You earn the exact rate shown in your dashboard. We calculate your earnings on the product price after discounts, without GST or shipping. Gift cards do not count. We may remove earnings from cancelled, returned, refunded, duplicate, fake, or personal orders.

You start at Bronze and may earn 5% to 10%. Make ₹10,000 in total sales to apply for Silver, where rates may be 10% to 15%. Make ₹1,00,000 to apply for Gold, where rates may be 15% to 25%. SHBT reviews each application and sets your exact rate. Your new rate starts after approval.

Your dashboard shows the sales and earnings recorded for you. A sale may not appear if a shopper later buys on another phone or uses another creator's code. Tell us if something looks wrong and we will check it.

Your earnings are ready when the order is placed. SHBT pays creators once a month and normally pays by the 7th. There is no minimum amount. Save valid UPI or bank details so we can pay you.

If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, lost, fake, or recorded incorrectly, SHBT may reduce your earnings for that order. If we have already paid you, we take the amount from your next payment. SHBT may also add a bonus. Your dashboard will show the order, amount, date, and reason for every change.

You are responsible for your own taxes and filings. SHBT may deduct or report tax where the law requires it.

Use only the link, code, prices, product details, and campaign information approved by SHBT. Do not promise a discount, delivery date, stock level, health benefit, or income result that SHBT has not confirmed.

Your content must be honest, respectful, and based on products you have used. Do not use spam, misleading ads, copied accounts, coupon sites, private customer data, or search ads using SHBT's name unless SHBT gives written approval.

Clearly mark every post where you may earn money or received a free piece. Use the platform's paid partnership tool when available. You can also use a clear label such as #Ad, #Affiliate, Paid Partnership, Collaboration, or Free Gift.

Put the label where people can see it right away. For a video, show it in the video and the caption. You must follow advertising law and the rules of each social platform.

Selected creators may receive free SHBT pieces, early access, or paid project offers. These depend on the campaign, profile, size, and available stock, so they are not guaranteed.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, gifted clothes are yours to keep. A gift does not require a positive review. We want your honest view, with a clear Free Gift or equivalent disclosure.

You own the content you create. If SHBT wants to edit it, use it in an ad, or use it beyond a normal social media repost, we will ask for permission or agree on it with you before the campaign.

You may use SHBT names, product images, and campaign material only to promote approved SHBT products. Do not register a confusing account, domain, or code using the SHBT name, and do not present yourself as an SHBT employee or official spokesperson.

You or SHBT may end your participation at any time. Stop using your link, code, and SHBT campaign material after your account closes. Earnings may still change because of returns, fake orders, missing payment details, or these terms.
