Information We Collect
We collect information needed to run the store, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing details, order details, and customer support messages.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. SHBT does not store your full card, UPI, or banking details on our website.
Analytics and Improvement
We use analytics and behavior tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Ahrefs Analytics to understand traffic, product discovery, checkout performance, and website issues. These tools may collect device, browser, page, and interaction data only when you allow the relevant optional category in Cookie settings.
Cookies and Creator Referrals
Necessary cookies keep your cart, account, checkout, security, and language preference working. If you open a creator's SHBT link, we record that referral so the creator can receive commission. With your permission, the referral is remembered for 30 days. If you do not allow this, it is kept only for your current browser session and cart. You never need to enter a creator coupon for a link sale to be credited.
