Returns & Exchange Policy

SHBT is a small, home-grown brand. Every piece is hand-curated with care — we personally visit multiple places and select each item before it reaches you. Because of this intentional, limited approach, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We kindly request you to check the size guide, measurements, and product details carefully before placing your order.

Manufacturing Defects

In the rare case of a clear manufacturing defect or a severely damaged item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the defect or damage
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your case and, at our discretion, issue a store credit note. Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.

Note: Minor variations in colour, texture, and sizing are natural characteristics of our handcrafted pieces and are not considered defects.

What We Do Not Cover

• Size or fit preferences (please check the size guide before ordering)
• Change of mind
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Sale or discounted items
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
