Terms of Sale | SHBT

1. General

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on shorthairbigteeth.com, operated by SHBT (Short Hair Big Teeth), GSTIN: 07AQKPG0632J1ZZ. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹/INR) and are inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Prices applicable to your order are those displayed at the time of placing the order.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, involve pricing errors, or exceed available stock.

4. Payment

We accept payments through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through Razorpay's PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. SHBT does not store any card or banking details.

5. Shipping

We ship across India via trusted courier partners.
Standard Shipping: ₹100 flat rate on all orders.
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹3,000 qualify for free shipping.
Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days based on your location in India.
Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track the status of your shipment.

7. Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). A tax invoice will be provided with your order.

8. Product Availability

SHBT produces limited-edition, anti-fit garments. Availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you and process a full refund.

9. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us at shorthairbigteeth@gmail.com with your order number. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
